HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No. 5067 of 2009 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the cause of action in the Writ Petition no more survives since the intended lease period of the mining operation from 1.4.2010 to 31.3.2011 was over long back.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, on request, the writ petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the action of respondents 1 & 2, if any threat is faced. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
