HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.1043 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award, dated 31.10.2014 passed in M.V.O.P.No.585 of 2008 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Principal District Judge, Adilabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 22.09.2015 before the Registry. Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
