THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.31418 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed complaining delay on the part of respondent No.1 in disposing of the revision of the petitioner filed against the order, dated 02.01.2017, passed by respondent No.2.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that petitioner No.2 was functioning as Secretary and Correspondent of petitioner No.1 committee. By order, dated 25.12.2015, the Collector and District Magistrate, Guntur - respondent No.3, cancelled the correspondentship of petitioner No.2. Aggrieved by the same, petitioners filed an appeal before the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh - respondent No.2, who passed an order on 18.07.2016 rejecting the appeal. Seeking review of the same, a review petition was filed and respondent No.2, by order, dated 02.01.2017, rejected the review petition. Aggrieved by the same, petitioners preferred revision before respondent No.1 on 28.02.2017 invoking Section 90 of the A.P. Education Act, 1982. Since, no orders are passed yet in the said revision, the petitioners seek writ of mandamus.

3. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioners, respondent No.1 is directed to pass appropriate orders, on merits, on the revision of the petitioners, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J September 21, 2017 MD
