Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of his complaint dated 04.04.2015, respondent No.3 is not taking any action and has not registered any crime or taken up any investigation.

The instructions of learned Government Pleader for Home, however, show that on receipt of the complaint through proper channel, Crime No.319 of 2015 is already registered under Sections 447, 427 and 506 read 34 I.P.C., on the file of Malkajgiri Police Station on 26.04.2015 and investigation is taken up. Since the investigation is pending, no further directions are called for. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
