Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, Sri L.Venkateshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation/R.1 and the learned Government Pleader for respondent No.2. Despite service of notice, none appears for R.3.
When the matter is taken up, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners herein got issued legal notices on 11.06.2018 to the Municipal Corporation and on 14.06.2018 to the State Government for redressal of their grievances, but no action has been taken so far. On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporations submits that necessary action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 1st respondent-Municipal Corporation to verify the contents of the legal notice, dated 11.06.2018 and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notices to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI,J 18th September, 2018 smr
