CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.9831 of 2004 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed by the Municipal Corporation of Visakhapatnam, feeling aggrieved by the order dated 07.01.2004 in O.A.No.2605 of 2003 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for brevity "the Tribunal"), whereby the petitioner - Corporation was directed to consider the case of the respondents - applicants in accordance with the rules.

Having regard to the innocuous nature of the direction issued by the Tribunal, we do not find any reason for the petitioner - Corporation to feel aggrieved by such an order. 3.

At any rate, the learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner - Corporation has submitted that in due compliance of the order of the Tribunal, the applications of the respondents - applicants for regularization of their services were considered and rejected by the petitioner - Corporation by order dated 12.02.2014. With the passing of the said order, the order of the Tribunal worked itself out. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, WVMP.No.3430 of 2004 shall stand closed.
