Alleging that 2nd respondent - Deputy Superintendent of Police, Zaheerabad, Sangareddy District, at the instance of unofficial respondent No.3, is call the petitioner to the office of the 2nd respondent and threatening him not to erect Reliance Cell Tower in the subject land and thus interfering in civil matters; the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Divisional Police Officer, Zaheerbaad Division, dated 24.08.2018, denying the allegations of the petitioner and stating that as on today no crime is registered against the petitioner and that police never interfered in civil matters, nor summoned the petitioner to the office of the 2nd respondent. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, directing the police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.3.
