This writ petitions is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to demolish the fish tanks of the petitioners situated in various survey numbers of Pedanindrakolanu and Devagopavaram Villages of Nidamarru Mandal, West Godavari District.

In view of afflux of time and subsequent developments, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
