This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in publishing open auction notice for conducting auction for selling coconuts, flowers and worship articles in the premises of Sri Veera Hanuman Temple, S.P.

Road, Secunderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

As seen from the auction notice, it is for the period from 11-08-2013 to 10-08-2014. As the period has already expired, the cause in the Writ Petition becomes infructuous. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
