This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.01.12.2014 in W.P. No.36705 of 2014.

At the hearing, Mr. K. Joseph, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the contempt case, the order passed in the above writ petition has been complied with. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed.
