This Company Petition is filed seeking winding up of the respondent company.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in Company Petition No.45 of 2012, the respondent company has already been wound up. In those circumstances, this Company Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to make a claim if any before the Official Liquidator in due course.
