Sri Krishna Prakash, learned Special Government Pleader, at the outset, submits that the respondents have closed Ayyappureddypalem sand reach situated at Kallipedu Gram Panchayat of Naidupet Mandal of SPSR Nellore District. In other words, he submits that no quarrying operations are either allowed or going on at the aforementioned sand reach.

In view of the statement made by Sri Krishna Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press PIL. PIL is disposed of as not pressed.
