O R D E R

As per the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, petitioner is a company, involved in providing finance for purchasing vehicles to its customers. Petitioner financed an amount of Rs.3,15,000/- to unofficial respondents 3 and 4, for purchaser of vehicle Mahendra Maximo plus goods carriage, bearing chassis No.MA1FA2HRRE6J26487, Engineer No.HRE6J25272, with registration No. TS 03 UA 6518, vide loan-hypothecation agreement No. 1000044068 dated 23.01.2018. As the said vehicle was stolen, 3rd respondent lodged a report with the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Kakatiya University Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate and the same was registered as FIR.No.182 of 2015 dated 12.09.2015. Petitioner being the financier of the said vehicle, vide representation dated 24.04.2018, sought the 2nd respondent, to issue 'Undetected Certificate'. As the same has not been issued, present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.04.2018 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
