.....Respondents

THIS COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER:

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.683 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner challenging the Order, dated 31.01.2014, passed in M.C.No.31 of 2010 by the Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, whereby the learned Judge directed the petitioner herein to pay Rs.6,000/- (Rupees six thousand only) per month under all heads

claimed by the first respondent herein, and also directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- per annum towards her clothing and other incidental expenses, apart from litigation expenses of Rs.5,000/- as claimed by the first respondent herein. Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in a private concern and is not able to pay an amount of Rs.6,000/- per month and as such, prays this Court to reduce the said amount. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the fact that the petitioner is working in a private concern, the amount of maintenance of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees six thousand only) per month is reduced to Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only). Hence, the petitioner is directed to pay an amount of Rs.

5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) per month towards maintenance to the first respondent herein. The petitioner is further directed to pay the arrears of the entire maintenance amount on or before 15.08.2015. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the amounts granted towards clothing and other incidental expenses and also the litigation expenses.

The Criminal Revision Case, with the above directions, is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 02.06.2015 pln
