O R D E R

This writ petition was filed by the management assailing the order dated 14.03.2005 passed by the Appellate Authority under Section 53 of the Andhra Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act, 1988-cum-Assistant Commissioner of Labour-I, Hyderabad, confirming the order dated 29.10.2004 passed by the Authority under Section 50 of the Andhra Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act, 1988-cum-Labour Officer-I, Hyderabad, in S.E.No.8 of 2004.

The applicant in S.E.No.8 of 2004 is the third respondent herein. The writ petition was dismissed for default as against the third respondent pursuant to the order dated 30.12.2010 passed by this Court. In the absence of the third respondent, the validity of the order passed in his case cannot be examined.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed in its entirety. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
