O R D E R

Alleging that the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Kalyandurgam Rural Police Station, Kalyandurgam, Anantapuram District, is pressurizing the petitioner not to cultivate the subject land, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions, denied the allegation of the petitioner and stated that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third parties and that based on the complaints against the petitioner, 3rd respondent is investigating into the alleged offences by following due process of law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is falsely implicated in the crimes and that he obtained bail. Recording the above statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of. However, respondent - police shall not interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner and also with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third parties, except in accordance with law.
