O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 5 - police authorities, in not registering the crime based on the complaints of the petitioner dated 07.08.2018 and 14.08.2018, against unofficial respondent No.6, and taking action, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced copy of FIR. No.793 of 2018 dated 20.08.2018, and submitted that based on the complaints of the petitioner, the said crime was registered against unofficial respondent No.6, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC and the Sub Inspector of Police, Police Station, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, taken up the investigation.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, directing the Sub Inspector of Police, Police Station, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, to complete the investigation in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and file appropriate report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
