The alleged inaction of respondent No.4 in

considering and disposing of the petitioner's application, dated 05.01.2016, filed for building permission over Plot No.102, Survey Nos.44 and 45 of Laskarguda Village, H/o Inamguda, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is questioned in this Writ Petition.

At the hearing, Mr.G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Panchayat Raj Institutions (Telangana State), appearing for respondent No.4, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's application was disposed of on 28-012016; that the rejection order was dispatched on 29-01-2016; and that it was received by the petitioner on 01-02-2016.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, however, disputed the aforesaid statement to the extent of his client receiving the rejection order. If the petitioner has not received Order, dated 28-012016, he is entitled to approach respondent No.4 for furnishing a copy thereof.

Immediately thereafter, respondent No.4 shall supply a certified copy of the rejection order to the petitioner. The petitioner is left free to avail appropriate remedy, if she feels aggrieved by the said order.

Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.5514 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 11th February, 2016 lur
