Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings appearing for respondent No. 1, learned Government Pleader for Finance & Planning appearing for respondent No.2, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents No.3 to 5, and perused the record.

Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleaders appearing for respective respondents submit that the respondents-authorities have deposited the amount to the credit of the OP.No. No.19 of 2005 (in uhich EP.No.16 of 2O22 is pending) and O.P.No. 1l of 2OOS(in which EP.No.6 of 2023 is pending)respectively.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleaders appearing for respondents.

Since, the respondents-authorities have now purged themselves of the contempt of the order of this court by depositing the amount to the credit of the Ops, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in these contempt cases.

Accordingly, both the Contempt Cases are closed. No order as to costs.
