HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 1415 of 2017 ORDER :

It is represented by learned counsel for both sides that this Criminal Revision Case was referred to the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and an award has been passed with the consent of the parties and this Criminal Revision Case may be disposed of in terms of the said award.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the Award dt. 10.02.2018. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
