This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 11.03.2013, of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar passed in I.A.No.1317 of 2010 in O.S.No.1157 of 2009. 2.

There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs is present.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs as well as the Registry that the suit itself was disposed of on 15.04.2015.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
