THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.26271 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a direction or an order or a writ one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not granting compassionate appointment to the petitioner under the representation of the petitioner dated 10.3.2016 to a suitable post is illegal, contrary to law judicial precedents, and fundamental rights and be pleased to pass orders as the court sees fit." 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent No.1 herein to consider the representation, dated 10.03.2016, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.1 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 10.03.2016, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
