CVNR,J & TA,J WP.29417 of 2018 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON No.29417 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus, directing respondents Nos.3 to 5 to produce the wife of the petitioner, by name, Maddu Bala Sangeetha @ Pydikondala Bala Sangeetha (for short "the alleged detenu") before the Court and set her at liberty. In pursuance of the directions issued by this court, respondent No.4, along with a woman constable, produced the alleged detenu before the court. On enquiring with the alleged detenu, she stated that she married the petitioner and that she intends to live with him.

The mother of the alleged detenu informed the court that if the alleged detenu wants to join the company of the petitioner, they have no objection. In the light of the views expressed by the alleged detenu, as noted above, we have permitted her to join the company of the petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
