THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 13094 of 2017 O R D E R:
The petitioner seeks writ of mandamus declaring the rejection endorsement dated 06.02.2017 issued by 4th respondent on the petitioner's online application dated 21.11.2016 filed seeking issuance of E-Pattedar Pass Book for his agricultural lands situated at Thokapalli village, Peddaraveedu Mandal, Prakasam district, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

At request of Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, time was granted from 13.04.2017 to today. Today, the Assistant Government Pleader places on record written instructions of 4th Respondent, dt.16.04.2017. According to the written instructions, the request of the petitioner is accepted and his name is mutated in the revenue records. The operative portion of written instructions reads thus:
" In view of the above the lands belongs to this family members have been kept in dispute. Further enquiry has been conducted and found that the S.Nos. mentioned in the W.P. were not covered by the dispute and the lands Ac.1.47 1⁄2 cents in S.No.312/ B3, Ac.2.75 cents in S.No.263 and Ac.0.75 cents in S.No.165/ 2, total Ac.4.97 1⁄2 cents situated in Thokapalli village, Peddaraveedu Mandal have been mutated in online. It is also submitted that as per the partitions made by the family members, the writ petitioner has already granted PPB and Title Deed, vide Khata No.508 in respect of S.No.312/ B3, measuring extent Ac.1.47 cents. After conducting detailed enquiry the other two S.Nos.(Ac.2.75 cents in S.No.263 and Ac.075 cents in S.No.165/ 2) for which he applied were also made online. The copies of online adangal is submitted herewith for kind perusal.
In the circumstances reported above the request of the writ petitioner was already complied with and hence, the Writ Petition No.13094/ 2017 may be dismissed."

Having regard to the above instructions, the writ prayer is not pressed.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
