THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.17344 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus seeking to set aside the impugned award dated 20.01.2002 in I.D.No.16 of 2002 on the file of the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petition against the contesting respondent was dismissed in view of non-compliance of orders of this Court dated 30.12.2010. No cause of action survives in this writ petition in view of dismissal of writ petition against the contesting respondent, i.e. R1.

Hence, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
