This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.91 of 2016 on the file of Railway Kodur Police Station, Railway Kodur, Kadapa District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The offences alleged against the petitioner herein/A-83 are punishable under Sections 147, 148, 379, 353, 307, 120(B) and 109 read with 149 I.P.C.; Sections 20(1)(c)(ii)(iii)(iv)(vi)(x) of A.P. Forest (Amendment) Act, 2016 (AP Act No.15 of 2016); Sections 20(d)(i)(a)(b)(2)(a)(b) and 29 (2)(b)(4)(a)(i)(ii)(b) of A.P. Forest (Amendment) Act, 2016 (AP Act No.15 of 2016); Rule 3 of A.P. Sandal Wood Transit Rules, 1969; Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and Section 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to approach the Court concerned and file an application for bail informing the grounds raised before this Court and on such application being filed, the Court concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
