O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the theatres of the petitioners', as per their applications dated 13.08.2018 and 25.06.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order.

Copy of the order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch, be annexed to this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
