HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.12768 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance, the petitioner has submitted a representation to respondent No.3 on 20.02.2017, but no action has been taken on the same till date. A request is made by learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.3 to take appropriate action on the said representation by fixing some time frame.

On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Fisheries (Telangana) appearing for the respondents submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the said representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to pass appropriate order on the representation, dated 20.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
