THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.675 OF 2014 JUDGMENT:

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 27.01.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.35 of 2014 in S.C.No.18 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Revision Case with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner under law. The learned counsel further requested the Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court on each and every adjournment. Permission is accorded. In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner before the trial Court in S.C.No.18 of 2007 is dispensed with on each and every adjournment. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when his presence is so required. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Revision Case, if any, shall stand closed.
