This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in taking action on the complaints dated 15.10.2016 & 7.12.2016 of the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal. Based on the written instructions, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the petitioner has not made any complaint on 15.10.2016; sent the complaint dated 7.12.2016 through registered post; on receipt of the same, a case in Cr.No.11 of 2017 was registered against the President of Sri Ayyappa Seva Sangham & others; and investigation is in progress. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
