THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10951 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Sections 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.385 of 2015 on the file of Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506 r/w 34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that after death of the husband of the de facto complainant, she became absolute owner of the property in question. But A1 created a document in favour of A2 in respect of the said property. They created forged documents particularly the sale deed dated 7.10.2002 purported to have been executed by the mother-in-law of the de facto complainant. But the mother-in-law of the de facto complainant died in the year 1998.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 8.10.2015. There are no changed circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner-A1.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
