THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 13810 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Though time was granted to the learned Government Pleader on 01.06.2015 for getting instructions, no instructions have been received by him. But in view of the nature of relief sought in the writ petition, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

3. The petitioner is son of erstwhile fair price shop dealer of Pinnadari Village, Tadimarri Mandal, Anantapur District, who died on 18.03.2015. The petitioner is an unemployee. He approached the respondents 3 to 5 for consideration of his case for appointment on compassionate grounds. Accordingly, he submitted a representation to the 4th respondent on 18.04.2015 in accordance with the conditions laid down in G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014. As no steps were taken for consideration of the said representation, the present writ petition was filed.

4. In view of the relief sought in the writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2015 in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and pass final orders thereon.

5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________
