HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 10384 of 2009 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive, inasmuch as the relief prayed for in this writ petition has already been granted by virtue of interim order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No.13351 of 2009 dated 21.05.2009.

Recording the said submission, the present writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
