THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.7385 of 2010 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri Rajanikanth Jwala, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Transport (TG) would agree that in the light of the interim order, no further orders are necessary. Learned Government Pleader for Transport (TG) would further submit that it would suffice if this Court were to make it clear that the respondents are entitled to proceed and take action pursuant to the show cause notice in accordance with law.

Recording the submission of both the learned counsel that the cause does not survive and leaving it open to the respondents to take action pursuant to the show cause notice issued earlier, in accordance with law, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
