THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44221 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking action on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.11.2016.

The complaint was filed in connection with delivery of the stock to the fair price shop dealer, and the petitioner claims that on 29.11.2016 he was working as fair price shop dealer. When the required stock was being unloaded, some persons abused him and the women and he sought action to be taken. Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the petitioner has not given any complaint to the fourth respondent in respect of the said incident, nor any complaint was received by respondent Nos.2 to 4 so far. However, in view of the pendency of the Writ Petition, the fourth respondent made enquiries with the Tahsildar, Gudibanda, Anantapur District, and came to know that the petitioner, who is a fair price shop dealer, was involved in irregularities, and pursuant to an order passed by him, the fair price shop was allotted to Sharada Self Help Group by suspending the dealership of the petitioner on 24.11.2016. In view of the suspension of the dealership of the petitioner, the stock might not have been unloaded at his shop and, in any

event, the fourth respondent states that no complaint was received.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 08.02.2017 vs
