Vide present Criminal Petition, the petitioner/Accused No.6 seeks bail in Crime No. 464 of 2016 registered on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District for the offences punishable under Section 489 A,C,D & E of IPC.

Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/Accused No.6 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. Perused the material on record.

Keeping in view the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed.
