In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners/A6 and A7 seek to quash the proceedings against them in F.I.R.No.61 of 2013 of Marpally Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing a letter dated 8-6-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Marpally Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, would submit that in this case, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.132 of 2015 on the file of J.F.C.M.Vikarabad and prayed that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
