O R D E R :

The petitioner complains against the inaction of Respondents 1 and 2 in conducting elections after the expiry of term of Executive Committee of Sree Swayambu Rajarajeswara Swamy Bakthasamajam, Potlapally, Husnabad Mandal, Karimnagar district as illegal and unconstitutional.

2. None appears for petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for respondents are unable to place before the Court the present position. As the grievance is one against inaction, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to treat the affidavit as representation and if no election to the said society is conducted as complained or during the pendency of the writ petition, appropriate steps in accordance with law are taken.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
