HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6726 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks to direct the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.760 of 2011 in C.C.SR.No.1316 of 2011.

When the matter came up for hearing, this Court called for information as to the present stage of Crl.M.P.No.760 of 2011 in C.C.SR.No.1316 of 2011. Accordingly, the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, in her letter in Dis.No.937/2018, dated 04.08.2018, submitted information to the effect that Crl.M.P.No.760 of 2011 in C.C.SR.No.1316 of 2011 was allowed on 05.09.2012 and accordingly, C.C.No.935 of 2012 was registered and thereafter, transferred the said case to the Court of VI Special Magistrate, Hasthinapuram, Ranga Reddy District for disposal. 3.

In that view, this criminal petition which was filed seeking a direction to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.760 of 2011 in C.C.SR.No.1316 of 2011 has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
