THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.16736 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the respondents to consider his representation, dated 11.05.2016, for transfer of rights in his favour from Sangareddy Municipality in connection with the Mutton Market bearing D.No.7-39 situated near Ambedkar Statue, Ward IV, within the limits of Sangareddy Municipality on payment of market value.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct the respondents to consider the representation, dated 11.05.2016, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

The said representation clearly indicates the facts on which the petitioner seeks for transfer of rights in his favour from Sangareddy Municipality in connection with the aforesaid Mutton Market. Hence, the respondents are directed to consider the representation, dated 11.05.2016, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
