Mr. Sasanka Bhuvanagiri appearing for petitioner, keeping in view the finding recorded by this Court in C.C.No.1027 of 2011, requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all remedies against survey conducted by the respondents. He seeks liberty to work out the remedies with the department. By granting the liberty, as prayed for, writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
