THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.15864 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner and demolish their respective structure from the land admeasuring 1000 sq.yards in Sy.No.154 of Marikavalasa Village, Chinagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, without issuing notice and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

In the present case, no documents are filed by the petitioner except electricity bill who claims to be in possession of the subject land and he also filed an application for regularisation of their occupation.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue also pointed out that the petitioner has not filed any documents in support of his case.

In view of the same, merely basing on averments stated in the accompanying affidavit, no orders can be issued. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
