Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to approach appropriate forum.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his request at appropriate forum. The registry is directed to return the certified copy of order dated 09.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1037 of 2017 in C.C.No.5 of 2011 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge for CBI Cases, Visakhapatnam. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
