THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TON NO. 4 8 4 2 OF 2 0 1 8 ORDER:- This revision is filed questioning the order of attachment of the salary pursuant to the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.103 of 2012 by the Senor civil Judge, Vizianagaram. The matter was argued at length by the both learned counsel. The matter was posted to today for further hearing of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. At this stage, a request is made seeking permission to withdraw the civil revision petition. This court is of the opinion that a specific permission for withdrawal of the revision cannot be granted. This court is of the opinion that the civil revision petition itself is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from exercising the rights available to her under law. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
