THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29598 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader that vide proceedings Cr.No.C/41-2/2017/DGM, dated 27.02.2018, the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Medak at Sangareddy, passed Order of confiscation of Ashok Leyland Mini Trolley bearing No.TS-35-T-0722.

In view of the same, the prayer, as sought for in the Writ Petition, cannot be granted now. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail the remedies available under the law. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
