THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 39427 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed by the wife of respondent No.3 herein and other relatives challenging the registration of Crime No.475 of 2016 on the file of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad after referring the matter by the Court concerned.

The relief sought in the present writ petition is against registration of the crime and this Court sees no ground to interfere with the registration which was done on reference by XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District. However, respondent No.2, during the course of investigation, shall follow due process of law including the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. The interim order passed by this Court on 16.11.2016, shall stand vacated.
