THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35801 of 2015 ORDER:

The complaint of the petitioners was that the Station House Officer, IV Town Law and Order Police Station, Dwaraka Zone, Visakhapatnam District, the 3rd respondent, and his staff were calling them to the police station and harassing them in relation to their civil disputes with the 4th respondent. Relying on the written instructions dated 06.11.2015 received from the SubInspector of Police, Dwaraka Police Station, Visakhapatnam, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that the police authorities had not received a complaint either from the petitioners or anybody else in relation to the dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent. He therefore denied the allegation that there was any interference by the police authorities in the said dispute. The allegations to the contrary made by the petitioners were denied. The aforestated stand of the police authorities is taken on record. In the light thereof, no adjudication of this case is warranted on merits. The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
