ORDER

This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed seeking a direction to the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, to dispose of C.C.No.4317 of 2017 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible, on the ground that the petitioner is a Constable and performing his duties at U.S. Consulate Office and he was implicated falsely in the crime.

The C.C. is of the year 2017 and many other CCs are pending prior to 2017 and if a direction is issued to the Magistrate to dispose of C.C., it amounts to giving undue preference to the petitioner's case.

Therefore, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.4317 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible without giving undue preference to the petitioner's case.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
