THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.7844 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of the respondent officials to demolish the ramp portion of the apartment i.e., "TELKAR'S CHAMBER" situated at Survey No.2, Block No.2 of Taranagar Village, Serilingampally Mandal and municipality, R.R. District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish any portion and also the ramp portion of the above said apartment. Heard and perused the material available on record. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the respondent officials have already demolished the ramp portion of the apartment i.e., "TELKAR'S CHAMBER" situated at Survey No.2, Block No.2 of Taranagar Village, Serilingampally Mandal and municipality, R.R. District and that nothing survives for further adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. ___________________ RAJA ELANGO,J Date: 18th January, 2017 KL
