THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5228 of 2014 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner alleging inaction on the part of respondents 3 and 4 in conducting survey and demarcation of land claimed by the petitioner and fixing of its boundaries, in spite of the fact that the petitioner had made application on 16.01.2014 to the 4th respondent and paid requisite fee.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that if such survey has already not been done, the 4th respondent will get it done within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to cause survey, demarcation and fixing of boundaries of petitioner's land pursuant to the application made by the petitioner on 16.01.2014, if it is not already done, within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
